Our standard policy is 23 days off plus bank holidays, plus your birthday (no-one wants to work on their birthday) which rises to 25 days. We offer 5 days unpaid leave per calendar year as well, for those special occasions.

As a relatively small company we do as much as we can to provide benefits and perks. At the moment, these include life assurance, pension, Employee Assistance Programme, staff discounts, share options in the company (once you have passed probation), profit share or commission (depending on role), Perks At Work and funded events - plus of course being part of something with meaning and purpose!

Team training and development is key to our success - we are happy to support the team with formal apprenticeships from level 3 to level 7, bespoke training courses, industry accreditations and CHAS approved H&S courses, as required
